We’ve been collaborating for more than 20 years iterating and finessing our approach. At the height of the pandemic we stood up an inclusive design research pilot within NHSX, incubating and testing our approach under fierce pressure. During the pilot we collaborated with teams across GDS, NHS Digital, NHSE/I and Tower Hamlets CCG colleagues to bring underrepresented voices into user-led design research as a direct response to perpetuating inequalities and digital exclusion.

We have continued to grow and in the past year, we have shared our practice with a range of organisations including the Home Office, Oxford University, RAND Europe and NEL Cancer Alliance.
